2. Refund, Return, or Replacement Policy

Generally, we do not accept requests for refunds, returns, replacements, or repairs under any circumstances. All sales are final. Please review product details and our policies carefully before making a purchase.

Special Case:
If the delivered product is defective or a wrong item is sent, the customer must notify us via email (info@dginfotechservices.com) within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review your complaint within 3-7 working days and notify you. If the complaint is found valid, a partial refund of 1% of the total order value or up to ₹5000 (whichever is lower) may be provided. This refund is at the sole discretion of the company.
